Your Navy Operating Forward – Danish Straits, Baltic Sea, Norwegian Sea

USS Iwo Jima Replenishment-At-Sea Evolutions

Lt. Dave Dyal, the material and transportations officer assigned to the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), discusses the replenishment-at-sea evolutions aboard the ship. Iwo Jima, homeported in Mayport, Fla., is on deployment to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners, and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
