Tampa Hosts Navy Week 2018

The fourth Navy Week of 2018 hosted America’s Navy during Tampa Navy Week May 7-13 and allowed the Navy to showcase the mission, capabilities and achievements to a town that has been home to MacDill Air Force Base for 70 years.   Navy Week provided residents the opportunity to meet Sailors firsthand and provide a visible example and raise awareness about what the U.S. Navy does around the world and its importance to the public.
