The Department of the Air Force directed commanders to conduct a comprehensive review of official and unofficial unit emblems, morale patches, mottos, nicknames, coins and other forms of unit recognition and identity to ensure an inclusive and professional environment within 60 days from Dec. 23, 2020.

Diversity makes the Air Force stronger

Master Sgt. Ruben Zamora, 60th APS cargo movement section chief, was filling an additional duty as the first sergeant and stumbled across a rumor. He heard there were some Airmen who hadn’t carved a pumpkin, ever. To ensure these individuals had a chance to experience this unofficial holiday tradition, the 60th APS organized a pumpkin-carving contest.

Maxwell AFB memorializes Rosa Parks, SecAF pays tribute to civil rights leader

Department of the Air Force to conduct focus groups on interpersonal violence
