US, Japan formalize SAMURAI project arrangement to advance AI safety in unmanned aerial vehicles
The U.S. Department of War and Japanese Ministry of Defense formalized a project arrangement Sept. 22 establishing the Strategic Advancement of Mutual Runtime Assurance Artificial Intelligence (SAMURAI) initiative.
