Minneapolis resident selected as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army

The U.S. Army appointed its newest Civilian Aides to the Secretary of the Army Feb. 26 during an investment ceremony here in the Pentagon.

The Honorable Dr. Mark T. Esper, Secretary of the Army, selected Mark Ritchie to represent Minnesota.
